Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voice Isolation iPhone app ("the App") provided by Bulpara, Inc. ("we", "us", "Bulpara"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the App on iPhones and iPads you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Voice Isolation offers an optional Voice Isolation Pro subscription with two tiers:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period; you keep Pro access until the period ends.

The 7-day free trial is available once per Apple ID. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don't cancel, the trial converts to a paid annual subscription at the end of day 7.

4. On-device processing

The App processes all audio and video on your iPhone using Apple's AVAudioEngine and locally bundled models. We do not upload your media to any server. Quality of cleaning is provided "as is" and depends on the input audio characteristics, the device hardware, and the iOS version. We do not guarantee any specific noise reduction outcome.

5. User content

You retain all rights to audio, video, and any media you import into or record with the App. We claim no ownership over your content. Because the App is fully on-device, we never receive a copy of it.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record, process, and distribute any audio or video you use with the App, including obtaining consent from third parties as required by your local jurisdiction's recording laws.

6. Advertising (free tier)

The free tier displays ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you accept that ads may appear on the Home and History tabs and after exporting clips. Subscribing to Pro removes all ads.

7. Updates

We may update the App from time to time, including changes to features, free-tier limits, subscription pricing, and these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or on App Store Connect.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific audio quality result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bulpara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your iPhone. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, the license in Section 1 ends immediately.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
